I’m having a serious chandelier/lighting obsession at the moment, and these beauties from Dwell Studio are making me swoon. They’re gorgeously designed, incredibly chic and all would make quite a statement over a dining room table.

Although we are beyond psyched for our So Cal summer to begin, as we’ve said before, we do have a bit of Hamptons envy. This rad modernist casa by Tod Williams Billie Tsien Architects is amazing. We could not be more excited for the new season of Arrested Development (available on Netflix May 26th). Talk about a memorable Memorial Day weekend! We watched the pilot back in 2006 and we were instantly hooked. Collectively, it was the funniest show we’d ever seen and we cannot express how sad and frustrated we were when it was canceled. But alas, the Universe works in mysterious ways and the re-birth of the best show ever is a true miracle! Here is a sneak peak at the set designs for season 4, they’re all pretty amazing. We can’t wait to see what kind of antics unfold in these spaces…

Holy cow, this Venice, CA home is amazing. Ehrlich Architects did an incredible job creating an indoor-outdoor living space that’s both warm and inviting, while still being quite spacious. That’s a nice combo. See more photos of this gorgeous home here.
