Disco Lemonades are a fun and festive cocktail, devised by the TPS Team in honor of New Year’s Eve. Why disco? Well, we think of it this way: Mr. Rogers would take a cat nap. Elton John and Betty Davis would take disco naps. It just sounds like fun and funk… exactly what you need for a rad NYE!
 


 

 
You’ll need…
(1) Bottle of good champagne (substitute sparkling cider for a straight edge celebration)
(1) Container of raspberry sorbet
(1) Package of raspberries
(1) Package of glitter sugar sprinkles
(2) Cocktail Glasses

Sugar Rim + Scoop Sorbet

 
Pour Champagne

 
Add Raspberries

Enjoy!

P.S. Don’t forget that if your champagne goes flat, all you need to do is drop in a raisin and you’ll revive those bubbles!
