First, we have to give props to Fader magazine for their version of this wonderful St. Paddy’s Day concoction. We ran across many variations of this dreamy dessert, but theirs we liked the best (from a music magazine, who knew!). The mere thought of pouring a Guinness Stout over coffee ice cream sounded so good we had to try to make one ourselves! And it does not disappoint. Especially if you like beer and coffee like we do!
