We’re huge paella fans here at TPS and were super stoked to cross this fabulous recipe from Jenny and Teri. (Foodies, have you checked out their blog? It’s seriously impressive.) They have saffron as the star spice in this dish and we love their breakdown as to why it’s so expensive and why it’s worth the investment.
